It's always an amazing meal here. I branched out from the Pla Tong Na and tried the Suki. Now I have a 2nd favorite dish.

3.5 stars for Laos in Town. QR code menus. We came with friends for dinner. We both wanna come back and try more now that we know what to generally expect having never had Laotian food. Food: Really nicely presented and tasty. The highlights are the tofu curry, the Neua Neua, chive cake, but everything got really solid comments from our group. Everyone liked what they got. It was really nice but didn't knock our socks off. It was all really good. Service was a smidge slow. but that's fine. Cocktails were all tasty. A little too much ice in the Banana Lagoon though. A really fun experience with good food at a good restaurant in DC. Recommend for a lovely evening out if you're nearby.

We came and sat outside with our dog. Service took kind of a while to come see us and get started but after that it was great, and our server gave our dog a treat! Pretty small menu in general it seemed like but the vegan menu was larger than the regular menu? So we ordered off the vegan menu and were not disappointed. So much flavor and huuuggeee portion. Drinks were good but very overpriced. Overall, would come again!

Food was great. I recommend the Grilled beef and the crab cake. Our server, Pok, was kind and very helpful.
